ZaduConverter provides a collection of free online file conversion tools. These tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not require user registration. You are responsible for any and all files you upload to our Service.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or process any files that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
• Upload or process any files that contain software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
• Upload or process any files for which you do not have the legal right to use, reproduce, or distribute. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted material, trade secrets, or other confidential or proprietary information.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, including by generating invalid clicks, impressions, or conversions through any manual or automated means.

You acknowledge that we do not pre-screen content, but we have the right (but not the obligation) in our sole discretion to refuse or remove any content that is available via the Service.

3. File Handling and Security

We take your privacy and the security of your files seriously. As outlined in our Privacy Policy, all files uploaded to our servers are automatically deleted within a short period (typically one hour) after processing. We do not create backups of your files. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your own files.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ZaduConverter and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Bangladesh and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ZaduConverter.

We claim no intellectual property rights over the files you upload and process. You retain full ownership of your content.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Links

This Service is supported by advertising revenue and may display advertisements and promotions. These advertisements may be targeted to the content of information stored on the Service, queries made through the Service, or other information.

• We use third-party advertising companies, including Google AdSense, to serve ads when you visit our website.
• These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
• Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

The Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by ZaduConverter. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

ZaduConverter does not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ZaduConverter, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
